Round 1:
-- - ---
Tokyo 1 -
What a beautiful area. A man of 5’11 height would step into the vast, otherworldly town that was full of structures akin to Egyptian pyramids. He found it strange that such buildings could be found in the middle of what was otherwise a forest that seemed to have no beginning nor end to his knowledge, but the queerness of it all was what made it so beautiful. Of course, it was more than obvious that a disruption of nature had been caused to create the pyramids at least, which left the abnormally pale man slightly upset, but he could worry about nature later. This man’s name was Tokyo Blodughadda, a young, 70 year old member of the extraterrestrial race known as the Aeva. Bearing the blood of two powerful Chroma, or families within him, he was revered as a fighting prodigy back on his home planet Aevum despite his age in comparison with Aeva’s who have lived for more than thousands of years. Despite his prodigious background, he was a monk and one who advocated for peace if the option was available. A tree hugging spiritual young man would be the best way to describe him, but even with said description, the enticement of battle surged within him, just as it had with so many of his people for the generations that they have existed. Sapphire blue eyes shone as he remembered why he was there, and unconsciously, he licked his lips and began anticipating the purpose of his appearance. Tokyo didn’t have any noticeable armor. He wore an all black kimono with an egg white scarf that acted as a wide collar for his originally collarless kimono. Said collar was held down by two red clover-like threads with a golden button in the middle of them both, keeping the white collar stiff and in place. Another thread could be found on Tokyo’s waist, holding both his kimono’s shape and a small brown back closed with a small thread of its own.
It sagged down a bit, implying that there was either a large amount of something or just one solid and heavy object, but it’s practical usage would be revealed once the bag was actually in use. On Tokyo’s back there would be two other things of importance. One would be a long, black staff, and the other a black gourd that covered most of his back. The staff was known as the Dragon Becoming Staff, or more colloquially known in his home planet as the Bong-Ji-Ryong. Connected to Tokyo by a red satchel, the staff didn’t seem very outstanding aside from the crimson colored runes on the top and bottom of it and the small slit that was placed next to the top rune. The rune nearest to the slit would read “パルス” or “pulse” and the one farthest from the slit would read “延長する” or “extend.” The staff was about 3.3 feet, or 40 inches long with a one inch diameter, and was tucked comfortably underneath Tokyo’s gourd. Tokyo’s gourd was held onto him in a similar way to the staff; a white sash connected his torso to the large marble item, the slight stretch and ripples of the sash implying the gourd was heavy and contained something inside of it to make it heavier. Another similarity between the gourd and the staff would be the presence of runes on its base, one reading “反射する” or reflect, and the other reading “買収” or takeover. The white haired, or figuratively “bloody haired one” as his last name implies, continued to look upon the number of buildings within the area, slowly unsheathing the Dragon Becoming staff just in case he were to run into his opponents sooner than he would have liked. Although, he didn’t need to be completely on his guard as of now, for he had a trusted partner fighting alongside him.

Ayden 1 -
= Looks like Tokyo finally arrived Ayden. =
= Good then let’s get this party started. =
Footfalls crunched stopped in their tracks as black combat boots left the solid ground. Baggy trousers allowed for good circulation and cooling of the nether regions in the warm heat {80 degrees F} that came with the bright Sun of summer’s afternoon. A black scarf, a custom Cloak of Levitation in disguise, hung around the neck of a cheerful newcomer. White locks framed cerulean eyes, the same eyes that complimented the white t-shirt and tan cargo shorts he wore. But none of that matched the purple gauntlet carrying four gems each representing powerful forces gifted to the wielder: Ayden Jack Toshihide.

The Alpha Effect is what he called this immaculate connection to the Source, a connection shared with a specter within the largest of the gems: Jey. Her consciousness being one with the gauntlet and its ultramundane techno-wizadry, she can only be seen by the wielder of the Raza gauntlet. The Raza is a purple gauntlet, created by Jack, that derived from the designs of both Mother Box and Power Ring, allowing the former mystic to manipulate the various energies of the Source via a connection to the Alpha Effect. The gauntlet also houses the consciousness of primordial spirit Jey. Both Jey and Jack, being intellectuals, rely on the other especially since they’re both of one mind. Jey uses the gauntlet with as much skill as Jack but has a stronger connection to the Source giving her further insight and vast wisdom. The gauntlet also enhances Jack’s own abilities that he gained after being exposed to the cosmic effects of the Sage Force. When Jey sensed the arrival of their ally, Jack immediately got into action. The scarf shifted into a black tattered cloak that draped his shoulders. Skyward bound Jack’s cloak swiftly rose the former mystic upward. His movements are fast and precise as he made sure not to collide with the colossal statue that he flew so close to. The statue reminded Jack of his old days as a Spellmaster for the High King of Aerith but that was only because that one statue carried a staff. Jack stopped as fast as he started as he landed on the tip of the statute’s staff. Once there, Jack attempted to establish a mental link for the trio. Psionics was one of two blessings given to the former mystic now mentalist because of his connection to the Sage Force. The mentalist stood tool at 6’2” and weighed 207 lbs.
= Tokyo, it’s Jack. I know you don’t want to hear this but I’m going to need a minute to clear my head before things start. Just do your best to stay alive in the meantime. =
Should Tokyo accept the mental link then he’d be able hear the duo’s thoughts and offer his own input throughout the tournament. Jack would be the liaison between the two others seeing as only few could process the immense speed at which Jey. A byproduct of having her spirit merge within the gauntlet is that Jey also functions as onboard A.I. Knowing this , Jack remained perfectly still from his position. Taking time to both relax, meditate, and possibly increase his potential if the fighting starts to s. There was no doubt in Jack’s mind that this was going to be a heated battle. Thus, he stayed atop the statue hidden among the clouds. Cerulean eyes look down seeing people to be like ants. But with more pressing matters on the rise, Jack simply waits and watch.
